If you would like to purchase our monthly service plans, we would like to alert you to what is covered and what is not covered, so you can know what to expect moving forward with Gattai Digital.

What It Covers

  • Managed Antivirus (Powered by Emsisoft AntiMalware)
  • Unlimited Virus Removals and Spot Checks - (If you have called in for Virus Removals more than once per year, this plan is cost effective for you)
  • Windows Patch Management (Installation of updates and minor troubleshooting of failed updates up to 30 minutes)
  • Daily Mini Cleanup (Removes Temp and Junk Files)
  • Daily Software Patching
  • Weekly Defragmentation
  • 24/7 System Monitoring and Alerting (I'll be notified as soon as a problem arises and will contact you for repair)
  • Answer Service (Quick questions will be answered by email or text)
  • 10% off all services NOT covered by the GMM (see below)

What It Does Not Cover

  • Windows Update Repairs after 30 minutes
  • Email Support
  • Printer Troubleshooting and Repair
  • New Computer Setups
  • Data Transfers, Recovery, and Backups
  • 3rd Party Software Repairs and Troubleshooting (Examples: Office, ACT, QuickBooks, Sage, BCM, Adobe, iTunes)
  • Online Backup Installation and Troubleshooting
  • Training
  • Mobile Device Assistance
  • Hardware Repairs

Please keep in mind that despite our best efforts, you still might require services that fall outsite of the monthly plan. You will get a 10% discount for all such services while you are on this plan and can also purchase a prepaid support ticket to save even more money on these services. Please also keep in mind that while we do our best to prevent virus and malware infections from attacking your computer, Gattai Digital can not garuarantee that any program can stop every virus or malware program from infecting your system as they change daily, however we do our best and have great results.

Prepaid Support Tickets *
This plan is a discounted ticket plan to offer you services outside of the monthly plan. These tickets can be used day, night and weekend hours. These tickets are tracked in half hour increments, saving you $10 off our usual repair rates. These tickets also do not expire and are not automatically renewed, only when the time is used up.
