Gattai Answers Is A New Service That Gives You Quick Email Answers or Customized Video Tutorials

Sometimes all you need is a quick answer to a simple question or maybe you just need to be shown how to do something on your computer really quickly. Normally I can do a quick remote support session but I have a 1 hour minimum for that and you may not use the rest of the time. My Service Plan and Prepay Ticket clients get free email questions answered already but I wanted to offer a quick option for those who are not on those plans to test drive my service or just get quick access to knowledge without an appointment or without commitment. And thus Gattai Answers is born! For a small fee, I'll answer any tech question that is simple enough to answer over email or Facebook Chat. If the answer is a little more difficult to explain you can upgrade to a customized video tutorial or a full 1 hour consulting session.
